Warranty and service
Nishove products are covered by a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty.
If the product has a hidden defect or is damaged despite proper use, we guarantee repair, replacement, or a refund, depending on our capabilities.
The warranty does not cover intentional damage, defects caused by improper use and care, and defects resulting from normal wear and tear.
Most of our products are additionally covered by a special warranty program “Years with Nishove.” You can read more about the program here: Nishove for Years
Complaints
Before accepting a delivery, always check that it has not been damaged in transit. If the packaging has visible external damage, we recommend that you refuse to accept the delivery, draw up an appropriate report with the carrier, and then contact us by phone at 668766838 or by email at shop@nishove.com
After paying the cash on delivery amount and signing for the package, you can open the package in the presence of the courier. If any discrepancies are found, a discrepancy report will be drawn up, which will form the basis for a subsequent complaint.
If the purchased goods turn out to have manufacturing defects or do not match the description, please follow the complaint procedure below:
- Contact us! If the complaint is accepted in advance, we will be happy to send our courier to collect the defective product. All you have to do is print out the shipping label we send you, stick it on the package, and hand it over to the courier.
- Please enclose a form with the shipment, describing the detailed reasons for the complaint, the form of compensation, as well as the return address and the account number to which the refund will be made (depending on the decision made by the store) – the form is available here.
- Within 14 days of receiving the shipment, we will inform you by email or phone about the outcome of the complaint procedure.
- If the complaint is accepted, within 7 business days of the decision, we will compensate you for the costs you have incurred by: repairing the product, sending a new product, issuing a voucher for Nishove products in our store, or refunding your money.
- If the complaint is deemed unjustified, we will provide you with a detailed justification of the decision and the options for resolving the complaint – paid repair of the goods or return of the goods. In the case of an unsuccessful complaint, the shipping cost is borne by the buyer.

Return of products
§1. Right to withdraw from the contract (up to 14 days)
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer should submit an unambiguous statement (e.g., by email or via the return form).
After submitting the statement, the Consumer has another 14 days to return the product.
The refund will be made in cash, using the same method of payment as was used in the original transaction, unless the Consumer agrees to a different form of settlement.
The cost of returning the product is borne by the Consumer.
The absence of paper tags/labels does not constitute grounds for reducing the amount of the refund, provided that the product does not bear other signs of use.
§2. Liability for reduction in the value of the product
The Consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from its use in a manner exceeding that necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.
The product may bear signs of use, but in such a case:
the amount of the refund (up to 14 days)
may be reduced accordingly, in proportion to the degree of wear and tear of the product.
The amount of the reduction is determined individually, based on an assessment of the condition of the product after it has been received at the Seller’s warehouse.
If the product is not suitable for resale due to significant wear and tear, damage, or permanent loss of commercial value:
the return may not be accepted,
or its value may be significantly reduced, in extreme cases to $0.
§3. Nishove Satisfaction Guarantee (15–100 days)
After 14 days from receipt of the product, the Seller offers a voluntary Nishove Satisfaction Guarantee, which does not limit the Consumer’s rights under the law.
Under the satisfaction guarantee, the Consumer may return the product up to 100 days from the date of receipt of the order, provided that:
– the product arrives at the Seller’s warehouse no later than 100 days after its receipt,
– the product shows no signs of use
The Consumer bears the cost of returning the product.
Returns under the Satisfaction Guarantee are settled exclusively in the form of a voucher for the Nishove store.
§4. Rules regarding vouchers
Voucher:
– is issued within 14 days of the date of positive consideration of the return,
– has unlimited validity,
– is not assigned to a customer account and may be transferred to another person,
– is single-use – any unused portion of the voucher’s value is forfeited,
– cannot be exchanged for cash or other monetary means.
– is a form of refund settlement and is not a new sale or discount.
§5. Final provisions
The Seller reserves the right to take photographs of the product after it has been received at the warehouse.
The Consumer will be informed by email about the decision regarding the amount of the refund or the value of the voucher.
These terms and conditions apply to orders placed in the Nishove store.
