PRIVACY
\nThe privacy policy is not a universal document and requires adaptation
\ndepending on the tools and solutions used by the Administrator, as well as in terms of
\nprocessing purposes.
\nI General provisions
\n1. This Privacy Policy defines the manner of collecting, processing, and storing
\npersonal data necessary to provide services electronically via the website
\nat www.nishove.pl (hereinafter: Website).

\nby electronic means in accordance with the Act of July 18, 2002, on the provision of services by electronic means,

\nbased on acceptance of the Terms and Conditions (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);
\nb. communicating with the User in order to provide them with the necessary information and build
\npositive and reliable relations with them, which constitutes the legitimate interest of the Administrator

\nby sending marketing information (newsletter) by electronic means, provided that
\nthe User has consented to receiving such notifications by e-mail (Article
\n6(1)(a) of the GDPR);
\nd. providing access to information about news from the industry directly related to the Administrator’s activities,
\nprovided that the User has consented to receive such notifications
\nby e-mail (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR),
\ne. for analytical and statistical purposes based on the Administrator’s legitimate interest
\nof the Administrator consisting in verifying the activity of Users and their

\n3. In each of the above cases (paragraph 2), the provision of data is voluntary, but
\nnecessary to conclude a contract or use other functionalities of the Website.
\nIII. Period of personal data processing
\n1. Personal data will be processed for the period during which the person remains an active User
\nof the Website (has a User account), and after that time for the period necessary to comply
\nwith the law, investigate or defend against possible claims, but no longer than
\n3 years from the date of termination of the contract for the provision of electronic services.

\nV. Rights of data subjects
\n1. The Website User has the right to:
\n– access their personal data
\n– rectify data
\n– delete data
\n– restrict data processing
\n– transfer data
\n– object to processing based on the legitimate interests of the controller
\n– withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal
